Récemment, BRF Logistics successfully completed a door-to-door shipment from China to Thailand for a customer purchasing a mixed load of household appliances and furniture. The customer requested a complete logistics solution, including cargo collection, export customs clearance in China, ocean freight, import customs clearance in Thailand, duty and tax handling, and final delivery to the consignee’s address.
Rather than coordinating multiple service providers, the customer wanted one experienced freight forwarder to manage the entire transportation process.

Double Customs Clearance and Door Delivery
Upon arrival in Thailand, our local partner completed import customs clearance, managed applicable duties and taxes, and coordinated cargo release.
Finally, the shipment was delivered directly to the customer’s designated address.
The customer did not need to arrange a customs broker or local trucking company separately.
