These regulations, taking effect between <strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"546\">July and August 2026<\/strong>, are designed to improve cargo visibility, strengthen customs control, and enhance trade security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"875\">Exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies handling cargo destined for these markets should ensure they understand the new procedures to avoid shipment delays, booking issues, or customs clearance problems.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"880\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"txianx\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"951\">Egypt Requires Unique Consignment Reference (UCR) for <a href=\"https:\/\/brfshippinggroup.com\/\">Export Cargo<\/a><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1167\">Effective <strong data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"980\">July 17, 2026<\/strong>, Egypt&#8217;s National Single Window platform (NAFEZA) officially requires all export shipments leaving Egyptian ports to obtain a <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1145\">Unique Consignment Reference (UCR)<\/strong> before cargo booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1393\">The UCR is a <strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1216\">19-digit identification number<\/strong> issued through the NAFEZA system. data-end=\"2268\">Beginning <strong data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2080\">August 3, 2026<\/strong>, \uff0c\u8be5 <strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2119\">Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)<\/strong> will require all containerized import cargo destined for Kenyan ports to be registered through its new <strong data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2258\">Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD)<\/strong> platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2480\">Before cargo departs from the country of origin, exporters or their authorized logistics agents must obtain an <strong data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2403\">ACD Reference Code<\/strong>, which becomes a mandatory document during Kenya&#8217;s import clearance process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2633\">The objective of the
